My wife and I, along with her parents, bought this historic building in downtown Hot Springs. We spent the last 1+ years completing a total rehab on this beautiful building. With the help of family, a great contractor, and a vision for the right design, we finished the project March 2024. We love this building and its absolutely perfect location. It will be a great asset to downtown Hot Springs. We communicate through the Airbnb messaging app

Gorgeous building sits in the CENTER of historic DOWNTOWN Hot Springs. Its prime location, slice of history (its on the National Register of Historic Places) & elevated style make it the perfect getaway! 1 of 12 rooms in building Walk to Bathhouses, Trails, Restaurants! KEY FEATURES: ☀ Queen-sized bed w/ high end Centium Satin linens ☀ Large outdoor patio area w/ seating and fire pits ☀ 43” Roku TV w/ Hulu + live ☀ Fiber internet ☀ SMEG coffee maker & SMEG fridge ☀Total renovation in 2024 NO onsite parking. There is a paid public Parking Garage on one side of the building and paid street parking all throughout downtown. There's also free street parking on Court St. which is one street over, and a few other streets in downtown are free. Between 6pm-8am Monday-Saturday and on Sunday all parking is free downtown. Look up downtown Hot Springs parking online and there is a map with rates and information about the downtown parking app.
