The Cozy Cottage rests in the desirable North End of Tacoma. Come cuddle on the couch with coffee or enjoy a scenic walk. This is the perfect place; whether you're seeking an adventure or just want to relax. A 4 min walk to our neighborhood delightful market and 1 mile away from the Ruston waterfront: enjoy a movie, grab a bite, visit the public market or stroll the boardwalk. More nearby attractions: UPS, Point Defiance Park & Zoo, Downtown Tacoma, 6th Ave District, and endless local eats! There is one queen bed and one floor mattress available. Please note that accessing the unit requires navigating stairs.

Neighbourhood information

North End Tacoma. The area is most known for waterfront parks and restaurants, the Point Defiance Park, the University of Puget Sound, Stadium High School, and the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. We are thrilled to have back our neighborhood market with local goodies, a full espresso bar and beers on tap! Just an easy 4 minute walk away, Delightful Neighborhood Market. Just a 20 minute walk away (via a hill), Point Ruston, one of the newest neighborhoods along the waterfront is a lively, family-friendly destination featuring shopping, entertainment, and dining. Connecting downtown Tacoma to Point Defiance, this coastal road offers a 2 mile stretch of paved walking trail and scenic views of the South Puget Sound. With Mount Rainier to the West, the Olympic Mountain Range to the East and Commencement Bay, there's no better place to see seals playing in the surf or take an after-dinner stroll. Car and/or public transportation available close by as well as ferries.
