Queen bed in bedroom and a FUTON in the common area. Full bathroom (tub and shower) full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, utensils, microwave, coffee pot, toaster. Full living and dining area with smart TV. Heat and Air Conditioning. Fire pit by the creek and your own hot tub on the water!
Pet Friendly, there is a pet fee for your stay. 1 pet max, needs to be crated when you are not in the cabin with it.

Lot number 3 of a small tiny home community on the river. Each cabin has its own hot tub area. We do have a common area pavilion next to the waterfall with a pool table and other games. Also has a common area playground for the kids
