This fees helps me to continue to be a pet friendly property and compensates for the extra ware/tare and cleaning required for allowing pets. Emotional support animals are still considered a “house hold pet” and need to be declared on the reservation and the pet fee paid. Only animals specifically trained to help someone with a disability are exempt.

I’m Kaydee, owner of Just Kaydee (JK) Vacays. I grew up in Utah but I love Arizona! I’m a single mother to 5 crazy kiddos (yes, you read that right!). Cabin is located in a resort neighborhood with other privately owned cabins, just across the street from Bison Ranch and next to the Overgaard Air Park. Although surrounded by trees, some noise may be noticeable from the highway & neighbors (although this doesn't bother most visitors). Cabin is surrounded by beautiful tall trees and natural forest flora. Deer and Elk sightings are common and playful squirrels can be observed from the comfort of the front porch! Easy access to the main highway and only minutes from several small local stores.
