One of the resorts on Perdido Key, this Gulf front high rise boasts a large pool deck on the third floor, with an elevated swimming pool that is heated seasonally and a hot tub overlooking the Gulf waters. A number of floor plans are available, up to a 3 bedroom condo. Each unit is professionally decorated and well equipped. The Gulf front condominiums have one, two, or three bedrooms. These condos feature spacious interiors, private balconies, fully equipped kitchens, and washers and dryers. Please note that a USD 159.56 cleaning fee and 6.69 percent resort fee will be collected. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period. No singles under 25 w/o guardian. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival, a cost of first night of stay plus applicable taxes and fees of cancellation penalty will be assessed.
