Relax in this quiet, wooded retreat steps away from the bay. This quaint gem is located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded amongst tall pine trees yet centrally located to restaurants and local shopping. 15 minutes to Pensacola Beach. It has two balconies; the back faces tall pines and the front faces the beautiful bay. The front deck has plenty of space to enjoy meals from, as well as, watching sunsets. The private hot tub/screened in patio area are sure to beckon your relaxation!

Located in a quiet neighborhood with traffic being mostly neighbors or delivery trucks. Handful of dog-walkers throughout the day or people walking for exercise and taking in the beautiful scenery. This home is located a block from the bay which has public access.
You will need a car to get to shops or restaurants from this home. It is located roughly a mile from the major highway but the traffic is busy and best navigated with a vehicle.
