As it is fully furnished, and includes the top amenities, it's perfect for affordable mid-term rental, temporary housing, military relocations, or business stays. It's close to Mayo Clinic, Jax airport, shopping and downtown Jacksonville. Minutes from the beaches, restaurants, and bars, it offers great entertainment. Enjoy comfort and convenience in a prime location!
What I enjoy about hosting is creating an experience for our guests, where they walk into a comforting and welcoming environment they can call their temporary home.
What I enjoy most about this neighborhood is that it's quiet, has friendly neighbors, and is close to plenty of local attractions and restaurants.
