Private unit in a three unit 1900 era home entirely renovated and meticulously cleaned with non toxic cleaning supplies. Space has one full bed. Living room provides a couch and chairs. Kitchen features all new cabinets, sink efficiency refrigerator well as a cooktop and air fryer toaster. Bathroom was recently modernized and provides a shower with tub. Long term stays welcome or stay over night. 10 min to Litchfield.

Torrington is a reviving industrial working class town. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to route 8. Basketball court and baseball fields are across the street. Walking trail along the river. Close to downtown area. 10 min to Litchfield - 15 min to White Memorial Conservation Area. 11 miles to Ski Mount Mowhawk.
