Es una casa hermosa en el centro de una chacra paradisiaca de 15 ha, rodeada de espacios naturales. La casa tiene grandes ventanales con vistas a todo el campo y el tajamar que visitan muchas aves.

La chacra esta entre la laguna de Castillos con su famoso monte de Ombues y el parque protegido del Cabo Polonio, Hay montes nativos, lagunas grandes, arroyos caudalosos y playas paradisiacas al alcance de la mano. Hay un almacen de campo a 500 m. En la zona habitan 250 especies de aves.
