Edificio muy nuevo. Ubicado a metros de la costa, cuenta con hermosas vistas. apartamentos bien equipados. Queda a 1 km del casco histórico. Muy recomendable. La limpieza final del alquiler se cobra aparte.
Nosotras Sol y yo recibimos a los huéspedes personalmente y los asesoramos en cuanto a las diferentes actividades para realizar en Colonia. Estamos a disposición ambas durante toda la estadía.
El costo de la limpieza final no esta incluida en la tarifa.
