Our 1+1 apartment is just 30 seconds walking distance from Nicosia Yenişehir Merit Hotel Casino. There is a market, pharmacy, bank, gas station, casino and a hair and beauty center near our apartment. The residence is a six-minute drive from the Metehan border gate. It is only a four-minute walk from Dereboyu Street, the busiest street in Nicosia. It is a 15-minute walk from the city walls, the most famous historical area of Nicosia, and has more than 30 bars and cafes.
