The villa has been in private ownership for a long time. It has been used as a summer villa and has been closed for a lot of the year. This has always bothered us because it's beautiful and should be enjoyed by more people so we decided to rent it. Everyone returns and this makes us happy. Karsiyaka is a beautiful village. The spectacular and imposing mountains are right behind providing the most beautiful views imaginable. In front of the villa is an uninterrupted view of the turquoise Mediterranean sea. The people in the village mostly speak English and are so very friendly. Everyone says hello. There is a little shop 2 minutes walk away and bars and restaurants 10 minute walk away.
Its just a special place.
