We represent you newly furnished 3-bedroom luxury two floors stylish villa with private swimming pool and mature garden with fruit trees. The villa is located at Lapta/Kyrenia, where you will find North Cyprus’s best beaches and restaurants.
I am a Structural Engineer, living in North Cyprus. I graduated from University of Arizona. I am married and have a daugher. I love living in Cyprus having lots of sun shine, beatiful beaches and nature.
The house is located at the beautiful village of Lapta (Laphetos). The region is very popular among British and Russians. It is walking distance to restaurants and groseries. The sandy beaches are only 10 minutes walking distance away.
