This home away from home property features a clean and welcoming environment. A stone throw from the Indian Ocean beach, the Oceanic is located in the safe North Beach area. The property is air conditioned, free unlimited wifi, smart tv with Netflix paid up, 2 set of toilets and bath, work or study desk and chairs, dining room table, couches and a sleeper couch in the lounge to accommodate 4 people in total. Free parking is available and no reservation is required. Clean linen is supplied and an ironing board and iron are also in place. Full kitchen is available -4 plate stove, pots, plates, cups, full cutlery also in house. In addition a fridge, microwave, toaster and electric kettle are in place.
Mavis is a friendly host with a wealth of experiencing hosting guests from different continents and provinces within South Africa. Supported by Moses who is a property manager, expect a welcoming environment and responsive hosts. We enjoy hosting guests from different cultures, languages, races equally and do love hearing from their diverse backgrounds
North Beach is a quiet and safe environment in Durban, A Spar supermarket is just across the road, and a Pick n Pay also nearby for shopping convenience. The place is centrally located and convenient for activities such as beachfront, Sun Coast Casino, Ushaka Marine World Aquarium, Moses Mabhidha Stadium, Olive Convention Centre, harbour, Durban ICC, Workshop Shopping Centre and Durban CBD
