Private free-standing home in the heart of Ballito Old Town, with secure parking in garage and off-street. We have a great solar installation with inverter, which should get you entirely through load shedding and all but very lengthy outages. Avoid the rules and onerous entrance times to the private estates in this very safe neighbourhood.
