Introducing, the owner of Utopia Holidays, Elsbeth Terblanche. It has always been a dream of mine to have my own business in the hospitality/tourism industry. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would be in such a beautiful little utopia such as Ballito.  My aim is to provide quality service to both the holiday maker as well as the homeowner. I am more than simply a booking agent, I see myself as a hand-son host and this is what sets me apart from other agents. My role is to ensure that each of our guests are attended to and has everything they need for the duration of their stay. Seeing our guests unwind and make memories that will last a lifetime is what fuels my passion for hospitality. It all began in 2016 when I was inspired to start a business with a difference, one that went beyond merely arranging holiday lets. Starting with our studio apartment, after which we added a family unit in a prime spot to our portfolio. We now have a number of units under our care and we are currently expanding our portfolio. This up market 2 bedroom apartment with 180 degree sea views, offer no stair access to the unit and is situated on the beachfront in Ballito and overlooks the main Willard Life guarded beach. Both the air conditioned bedrooms have full en suite bathrooms. The apartment sleeps 4 people in one queen and two single beds with the main bedroom opening up onto the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The air conditioned open-plan dining room and lounge opens up onto the balcony, and has a television with satellite television as well as a CD player. The balcony is equipped with a gas braai. This apartment boasts a stunning sea view, with direct access to the beach and the Ballito boardwalk, and overlooks the sparkling swimming pool area. There are 2 undercover parking bays for your vehicles. The complex is equipped with a generator in case of power outages. Uncapped wifi is available. Regret no student bookings allowed in this property

Ballito Manor is located on the main swimming beach of Ballito. The complex has direct access to the popular boardwalk. The flagship Mozambik restaurant is a short walk across the road from the complex and offer a family setup with kids play area as well as a small convenience store.There are also quite a few other restaurants not far from the complex. Town is roughly 1 km away from the complex.
