The flat is situated in a quiet road on the mountain with magnificent views of the beach and the Clovelly mountains. A short drive to the beach or a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach. Kalk Bay is a short drive away. Clovelly Golf Club can be seen from the apartment and is a short drive away.
My wife Pru & I are in our early seventies and have been in the Cape Town all our lives and have been living in Fish Hoek since 2010. We enjoy walking and try and swim at least once or twice a week throughout the year. i am an avid golfer and have been a member of Royal Cape for over fifty years.
We live in a quiet cul-de-sac on the mountain. The property consists of 4 apartments, ourselves and 2 other permanent tenants. We are within easy walking distance of a no of shops and resturants.
