Tranquil setting on the banks of Koba Lagoon. This property offers a 5 minute walk to Kent Bay swimming beach and 10 minute beach walk to South broom swimming beach. If you feel adventurous you can do a 10 minute beach walk to Trattoria La Terrazza Restaurant on the River. Very safe area with 24 hour Mazer security doing constant surveillance in the area.
