Amazing Sea View Apartment located on the 10th Floor looking up the Dolphin Coast Line, awesome sea views. Also overlooking the garden and barbecue facilities. The property is 200 m from Willard Beach and 300 m from Granny Pool Beach.
This apartment allows max 4 guests and is best suited to a couple with young kids as it has 1 and half bedrooms, 1 x Queen bed and built-in bunk beds.
1 x under cover parking provided.
Max of 3 visitors allowed at any given time and must sign in and out by 10pm.
A flat-screen TV, and a kitchen with stove top, microwave, TV grill and a fridge.
A children's playground is available for guests at the apartment to use. Excellent enviroment for children to play in, 2 swimming pools. Large green garden to play and relax in. We have 24 hour security guard on sight, with 1 under roof parking. Shops and Restaurants in walking distance. Very safe and close to the sea, specifically Willard Main Beach and Board Walk.
Clarke Bay Beach is 700 m from La Ballito, while Ballito Shopping Mall is 2.2 km away. The nearest airport is King Shaka International Airport, 18 km from the accommodation.
Our La Ballito apartment is a self-catering holiday flat. We have 1 room with Queen bed and a half room with 2 built in bunker beds. Only 4 guests allowed in apartment, which includes children. The unit is recommended for 2 adults and two young children. Kitchen with microwave, stove top, fridge and griller. Bring your own swimming towels.
