This newly build apartment is located along the beautiful shores of Big Bay. 200 metres from the apartment you find the beach with a stunning postcard view of Table Mountain and Lion’s Head. The Eden on the Bay shopping centre is across from the complex. That makes this place perfect for couples, families and water sport enthusiasts. Azure is a modern self-catering 2-bedroom apartment that accommodates 4 people. The apartment has a balcony overlooking Table Mountain and Robben Island. You can enjoy beautiful sundowners and the view of the sea from the main bedroom. From the front of the apartment you have a great view of the communal pool. The apartment is fully furnished with a luxurious open plan kitchen. The lounge has a comfy couch and a flatscreen television with internet TV. A glass sliding door leads out to the balcony with stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combi microwave, hob, kettle and a washing/drying machine. There are 2 separate bedrooms. The main bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath. The apartment has 2 underground parking bays.
Eden on the Bay shopping centre offers everything you need - great restaurants for a night out, surf and kite board shops, boutiques, supermarket (Pick and Pay) and coffee shops...The main beach with its magnificent views of Table Mountain is walking distance and offers amazing kite surfing and water sports and more! There is a lovely picnic area on the lawn in front of the restaurants. A bit further up Otto du Plessisdrive is Seaside Shopping Mall on your right hand side where you can find a Checkers, Woolworths, Clicks (pharmacy), Spur and Cape Town Fish Market. The apartment is approximately 20 minutes from Cape Town city centre, and 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. The Durbanville Wine Route starts just fifteen minutes away, and further a field, the Stellenbosch and Paarl Wine Routes can be reached in 45 minutes.
