Prestige complex close to family-friendly activities, the airport, and nightlife. This place is good for couples, business travellers and families. Luxuriously furnished self catering 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment with fully equipped kitchen, open dining and lounge opening to patio with a lovely entertaining break area. Make this your holiday destination and you will never forget! No matriculates rage or loud noise will be accepted at this property. You will be asked to leave with no refund if any rules are broken, you will also be liable for any fines issued during your stay! Please note house rules: •respect neighbours •no loud noise after 9:30pm •no hanging clothing or towels over the balcony •report any damages •put back any moved furniture •no overcrowding •Black bags to remain inside unit •I will need to send access codes for each entry • Please let us know if you will be bringing a trailer down in advance as we need to notify security prior to arrival for smooth access •cleaning fee is exit clean fee only, please let me know if you would like additional cleaning during your stay at a reasonable extra fee • Once entry amenities have finished please restock yourselves • Check out is 9am Fines for breaking house rules will be implemented if needed Please note: Durban is experiencing loadshedding, please download the “EskomSePush” app to keep updated on the schedule as it can change hourly. UPS for fibre during load-shedding provided! For any power outages/faults this property doesn’t have a generator but do provide battery lighting, please ensure they are plugged in and charging so you are not left in the dark. Please do let us know of any power outages so we can report to the necessary department.
