Beach Splendor @ 24 La Crete Sands is the ultimate beach holiday, for a family. Situated at the heart of the popular Uvongo Beach, this splendid top floor apartment presents unique beach-themed features, and also gives a breathtaking 180° view of the Indian Ocean. The family can expect to be wowed by the beauty of this apartment, which is custom-built for maximum family enjoyment. Upon entry, the family is immediately welcomed by a spectacular ocean view. A few steps in, and the family stands in front of a unique beach-themed kitchen. The kitchen countertops is inspired by a bird's-eye view of the ocean, which stretches from a sandy beach towards the depths of the ocean. Beneath this view, under the ocean, is the splendor of a coral reef. The large sea-facing balcony is fully covered by an adjustable awning, equipped with a braai facility, a naturally inspired outdoor table and benches, and plush grass for the enjoyment of both young and old. All rooms have large beds, with fine linen. The main bedroom has a sea-view, and is equipped with an en suite. The other two bedrooms have garden views. In addition, the large two-car garage is ideally suited for small to medium size cars.
This property has been custom-built as a holiday home for the family of the owner. However, to not offer the experience of this piece of paradise to another family would almost be immoral. Therefore, the owner excitedly extends this opportunity to another family who would want to experience the same bliss..
50m from the main gate, is the beautiful Uvongo Beach; this beach has a tidal pool, fishing pier, and a must see waterfall, whose stream connects to the ocean. This property is ideally situated, being just 20min away from the Margate airport, 30min from Wild Coast Sun, and 40min from the Oribi Gorge. The Uvongo Spar, and restaurants are within walking distance. Shopping Malls such as Shelly Centre and South Coast Mall is just a small drive away.
