General house rules:
• No loud noise after 10pm.
• Please be aware of monkeys, they'll ransack the place and enjoy your groceries.
• Black bags remain in unit or otherwise in green bins at complex
• No more than 6 occupants
• Cleaning fee is exit clean fee only - additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional fee.
• Please don’t lock house keys inside apartment.
