Damage Protection This property is protected by LekkerGuest, a trusted travel reputation and protection platform. To access the property, guests are required to choose one of the following: Pay a R600 non-refundable damage waiver fee, which includes R7,500 worth of accidental damage cover, OR Have a R5,000 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card. Once your booking is confirmed, LekkerGuest will send you a secure verification link to complete the process. If you opt for the refundable security deposit, please note that a R47 service fee will be charged by LekkerGuest. This fee covers the cost of verifying your booking and ensuring the property remains protected. LekkerGuest is designed to provide a safe, seamless, and reliable experience for all guests. Although the security deposit or damage waiver fee is only processed 1 day before check-in, we recommend completing your LekkerGuest verification as soon RULES: As Zebula is a nature and game reserve no loud music is allowed at any time and no music at all after 10pm (Zebula Body Corporate). Zebula issues fines for noise transgressions. No smoking is permitted in the property. If you smoke outside, do not throw cigarette butts into the bushveld. LATE CHECK-INS In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. OUTSTANDING PROCESSES We require all outstanding processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
