16 Capri is a self-catering apartment situated on the first floor of an apartment complex in Amanzimtoti. The beachfront building enjoys stunning ocean views as well as direct access to the beach. The apartment can accommodate 4 guests and comprises a bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan living area with a kitchen. The property does not have a balcony but has 2 large windows both with a sea view located in the bedroom and living room. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the living area has a double sleeper couch. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. The living area features a 4-seater dining table, a lounge suite, and a TV with access to Netflix. Additional facilities include a ceiling fan in the bedroom and free Wi-Fi. The complex has communal facilities (braai area) on a deck located on the first floor, while the ground floor has a dedicated shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Secure parking is provided behind an automated gate and is monitored by CCTV cameras. The building has an elevator as well as a staircase to access the floors.
