The unit has a private garden and braai area for your own use. There is also a separate braai area at the communal swimming pool. There are 2 rooms both with en-suite bathrooms. Both rooms also offers aircon units for the South African summer days. The complex offers a gym and a laundromat which can be used. Safe secure basement parking for 1 vehicle and on street parking for your guests or second vehicle. Located in the beautiful Strand area and 200m from the beach. Stunning mountain views from the garden. Walking distance from Waterworld Strand, Ice cream shop, Putt Putt course, Surf School. 30km from Cape Town central 20km from Stellenbosch 5km from Strand Golf course The complex only has 12 units which makes it a safe and tranquil environment.

The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet and offers a range of nice coffee shops, restaurants, a golf course and play parks for the kids. We also have a surfing school close by which offers hours of fun in the sun.
