This cosy one bedroom apartment is set in a secure, quiet, very popular security village. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has everything you could need and more. This is the perfect location from where to explore Cape Town and its surrounds as it is extremely central and also close to the popular Tygervalley centre (close walking distance) and across the road from the Intercare medical centre. From here you can explore Cape Town and all its popular tourist attractions, the Durbanville wine route is on your doorstep, Bloubergstrand is 15 km away and also Stellenbosch and Franschoek area. For business or pleasure, this would be the perfect place to stay.
I have been living in Durbanville for 20 years and absolutely love this area and all it has to offer. I am married and a mother of 3 beautiful children. I am a physiotherapist and still practice as my main profession. I started renting this apartment out as a self catering apartment in February 2019 and have been thoroughly enjoying hosting guests and constantly improving the apartment and what it has to offer. My husband is the owner of a successful Guesthouse and have been for 13 years. I therefore have a lot of exposure to the needs and preferences of guests in general and strive to apply this to my accommodation. I live 5 minutes away from the apartment and am available to contact if you need anything. Also if you need any information about popular restaurants, things to do, I will gladly share information on local favorites. I look forward to hosting you!
Kenridge is a very popular, safe and quiet neighborhood. It is always in high demand because of its extremely central location. You have a wide selection of restaurants within a 2 kilometer radius. Tygervalley shopping center is a 5 min walk away, Willowbridge shopping center is 1 kilometer away, Tyger Waterfront with lots of restaurants overlooking the lake is 1,5 km away. The whole Durbanville wine route is within a 10km radius. This is the perfect location from where you can explore. The Intercare Medical Facility is 500m from the apartment with Doctors, Dentists, a Pharmacy and much more.
