This charming Karoo house offers two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and a combined dining area and sitting room.This leads to a paved patio area and a small lawned garden which is shared with the garden cottage. It should be noted that access to the garden cottage is via a separate side entrance of the main house.This can affect the privacy of the outside areas of the main house. This unit has a carport, which has a vehicle height limit of 1.8 metres.
