An amazing sight is the incredible numbers of Cape Cormorants that roost upstream on the Berg River Estuary and then fly down the river mouth and later past our coastline to feed.Early mornings and late afternoons can often provide a constant stream of these birds, literally in their thousands moving to or from their feeding and roosting area.If you`re lucky you may see a pod of dolphins or whales.
Travel 180km to Franschhoek,Stellenbosch or the Paarl and let the landscape speak to you or stay at home and receive the gift of nature`s sound on the front veranda or in the back yard in a hammock under our old Manatokka tree,home of the Cape Robin.
