Located in the Uitzicht area of Durbanville, Cape Town, we offer safe, private, and comfortable shortterm and self-catering accommodation. We are a petfriendly establishment, pending prior arrangement upon reservation. We require a minimum of three nights' stay. The unit offers easy access to the Main N1 freeway and local hospitals (all leas than 5km’s drive). The unit sleeps 2 individuals (two kids can sleep on sponge matresses in loinge area if required at small extra cost and offers: • One bedroom with a sliding door, a double bed, and an an-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. • A beautiful, spacious tiled living area leading out into a private garden area, with a lounge suite. • There is a kettle, toaster, microwave oven, bar fridge, and, if required, a small stove. • A large fan, a TV with Netflix, YouTube, and Showmax • A fully enlosed pet friendly private garden with a paved patio area for a braai and outdoor seating is just outside the sliding door. • Safe parking for one car in communal parking area. We are situated close to various shopping centres. • 1 km away is the Uitzicht shopping centre, which includes Spar, Checkers, takeaways, a hairdresser, and a vet. • Only 1 km away is the Graanendal Shopping Centre, which includes a PicknPay, coffee shop, Clicks, laundromat, and take-away restaurants. • The Pinehurst Shopping Centre, which includes Spur, PicknPay, Fruit & Veg, a hairdresser, and a Crazy Store, is 1.5 kilometres away. • Cape Gate Shopping Centre is 4.2 km away. • The Tyger valley shopping centre is 7.6 kilometres away. • Century City Canal Walk Shopping Centre is 18 km away. • Cape Town's V&A Waterfront, with shopping and restaurants, is 26 km away.
