This home in the gorgeous seaside town of Umdloti Beach, on KwaZulu-Natal's famous Dolphin Coast is one of them! Come and visit, I'd love to host your stay! Guests privacy is respected however, guests are encouraged to contact their host should the need arise. Please note that while your host is always happy to assist, they may not be readily available from 6pm to 9am. Please note: Guests are required to provide proof of identification, and pay a R3000.00 Refundable Deposit which should reflect in the bank prior to arrival.

This modern, prime beachfront 3 bedroom holiday apartment is a special seaside getaway where friends and family can unwind after enjoying long sun-filled days on the beach. Situated on the 5th floor of a secure and popular complex building, the positioning of this apartment treats its guests to glorious views of the twinkling blue, warm Indian ocean, while ensuring their privacy. Guests enter into an open-concept, air-conditioned living space which houses the kitchen and lounge, and boasts gorgeous views of the Dolphin Coast. The fully equipped kitchen offers guests all the conveniences of home including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and all necessary appliances. It opens into the lounge and indoor dining area with a lovely bar counter for serving meals. A lounge suite offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a break from the sun with a flat-screen Smart TV which is connected to a dedicated fibre line that can stream DStv Now, Netflix and Showmax. Sliding doors lead onto a semi-covered balcony with a built-in braai and outdoor patio furniture for enjoying holiday meals to the sounds of the waves breaking in the background. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. This room has access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower and a single vanity. Parking is available on-site. Cleaning services can be arranged in advance for the duration of your stay, and over weekends and South African public holidays. While the property is fully equipped with laundry facilities, guests can arrange laundry services directly with an outsourced company. The complex strictly adheres to set quiet hours. Guests who breach these times(especially while on the balcony)will be liable for a Body Corporate fine in excess of R2000.Maximum height of dogs: 40cm tall.

Situated in Umdloti, in the heart of KZN’s Dolphin Coast, this seaside unit is a hop skip & jump away from the local tidal pool, & a few minutes’ walk from a swimming beach & some rather impressive shops, bars & restaurants. All basic amenities like a pharmacy & Spar are nearby. A key point to note is that Umdloti’s tidal pool is naturally protected by rocks so it’s not affected by strong currents/large waves. This makes it ideal for little kids, elderly people & novice swimmers to enjoy the ocean & some fun in the sun. Umdloti is a wonderful place that is not too crowed. The beaches are clean & wonderful for long walks. This charming seaside town is located between Umhlanga & Ballito, at the mouth of the Mdloti River. Its a coastal conservancy, with surrounding fields of sugar cane & indigenous forests. The area is a prime location for various wildlife sightings, including whales, dolphins & bird species. With Umhlanga’s vibey attractions nearby, Gateway Shopping Centre an 8-minute drive away, 10kms to King Shaka Int. Airport & Ballito 15kms further up the North coast, this oceanfront gem is conveniently situated for those in need of entertainment or a spot of retail therapy.
