Fairfax Cottage is situated on a small holding 3km from Nottingham Road with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful view of the Midlands from the large verandah, We have an inverter to ease the paid of load shedding. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with stove and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a breakfast bar with stools. The living room contains a 6 seater dining table and chairs, comfy corner couch, a fireplace and flat screen TV. Main bedroom contains of a king-size bed& TV with en suite bath & shower, a separate toilet & twin washbasins, Second bedroom contains of a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds Third bedroom contains of a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath and shower, separate toilet and a washbasin. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans & electric blankets on the beds The verandah has a built in braai, weber braai, an 8 seater table, mobile butcher block/counter/bar and comfortable couch Also see Fairfax Farmhouse on the same small holding
