Set only a 10 minute walk from Black Rock Beach, Grace Avenue offers accommodation with sea views and a private pool. The scenic townhouse is a self-catering unit with a private entrance and private patio overlooking the ocean and forest. The unit has a fully kitted kitchen that looks into the dining and living room, affording guests a home away from home in a quiet, peaceful environment. In order to access all three bedrooms please adjust your booking to five (5) guests even if there are only four (4) people coming. This disables the automated discount given for needing only two bedrooms during the stay and alerts us to prepare the entire unit accordingly. Similarly, for two guests wishing to gain access to two (2) bedrooms instead of one (1) please change your reservation to be for three (3) guests to disable the automated discount that results in only one (1) bedroom being prepared and made accessible during your stay. Regardless of the number of rooms made accessible for your booking, the townhouse, garden and pool are not shared with any other guests during your stay. The Standard Studio unit is the budget friendly alternative for guests. It has a private bathroom, WiFi, and streaming services with access to the property swimming pool and garden. Although the unit has a microwave, bar fridge, coffee station and portable braai stand, it does not include cooking facilities or a lounge. It is not part of the townhouse but is a few steps away. The Standard Studio is perfect for the minimalists or adventurers wanting a cosy, tranquil, well located safe haven. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan to counter the KZN heat as well as a table and chair for a productive work environment. Free Wi-Fi is available for guests as well as cleaning services at an additional charge. Other service options include ordering groceries before your arrival to have staff stock the cupboards and fridge for you or fetch your orders from local restaurants, etc. for a top tier experience.
