This GREAT beach cottage IS ALL YOU NEED for your family beach holiday. This home has panoramic sea view and has easy beach access. There is a access path to sea and sand close to the house (not suited if you battle to walk) or a short walk to the main beach, of about 650m along the flat Nkwazi Drive. Spend your days on the golden sea sand or in the waves on your board, then come home to the crystal clear, cool blue pool which is fenced and gated. The property is ideal for children “furry” or the human kind, with its large grassy garden. The lawn is suitable for a volley ball net or a game of cricket, touch rugby or soccer. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. This house is perfect for those who battle to walk as it is flat inside with easy flat entrance to the house. There is a Braai for “braai-time” on the covered front or back veranda’s. Also a flat screen TV with active DSTV and un-capped Wi-Fi with a UPS is supplied. Whilst not serviced, you may rent a maid from the local cleaning agency as you require, (book in advance). There is an INVERTOR, gas hob and additional re-chargeable lights incase of power interuptions. The property is well secured by palisade fencing, electric gate and indoor and outdoor security beams. The alarm system is linked to an armed response company. Parking: 2 lock up garages and additional open parking. Laundry: washing machine and tumble dryer. Inside this home you will find the following: A spacious lounge and dining room which open onto front and back verandas, these in turn allow a lovely breeze to travel through the house. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Airfryer, Nespresso machine and all cutlery and crockery. There is additional fridge and freezer space available. Zinkwazi Beach can be found just 85km North of Durban, 50 km from Ballito, 5 – 6 hours from Gauteng and 60 km from King Shaka International Airport, you will find Zinkwazi lagoon and beach conservancy. Known as the last undiscovered jewel of the North coast of KZN, with a subtropical lagoon and beach paradise of the fish eagle, Zinkwazi is one of the rare, beautiful, unspoilt, idyllic, beaches left in Southern Africa. Close to Zululand’s wealth of splendid Game Reserves. A 7km lagoon situated among the lush palms of the Zinkwazi conservancy, 180 species of bird life and endless beaches. For those who love golf, there are several excellent golf courses in easy driving distance e.g. Darnall country club and Princes Grant. A place to rest in peace with fishing, nature walks and a safe protected main beach. The beach is wide and one can walk for miles on end. The lagoon which runs on to the beach breaks its banks after heavy rains and joins the ocean. The village itself consist of around 500 – 600 properties, mostly second and third holiday homes, providing ample holiday accommodation.
