Lemnos 14 has an R600.00 admin fee and an R1200.00 refundable breakage deposit, the refundable breakage deposit is not included in the rate per night and must be paid before arrival, the admin fee is visible when reservations are made just underneath the rate per night. This unit can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and makes use of a bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their towels. The open-plan living area features a lounge, and a dining area with a TV, however, guest needs to bring with them their own standard decoder or an Open view decoder, to have any TV channels available, and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area is furnished with a dining table suitable for 6 guests. The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable lounge suite.
