I have lived on the property for 20 years and know everything of the surrounding area as well as all the ins and outs of our farm. Situated between the picturesque wine lands of Stellenbosch Marshden is one of the most beautifull and scenic farm stays in the Westen Cape. Wake up in one of our beautifull cottages and have your morning coffee on the outside terrace overlooking the Horses in our paddocks with a dam in the background supporting an abundance of birdlife. Our cottages are fully stocked with almost everything you can imagine ranging from sattelite tv and homely fireplaces to coffee machines cuttlery and much much more. The farm is extremely centrally located with wine farms within 100m of the property to shopping malls 3km from the farm. The vibrant Stellenbosch is only 10km from the property and very accessible to all other main attractions such as the beach and various golf coarses.
Neighbourhood information
Extremely safe neighborhood with the world famous Avontuur wine and stud farm right next door. There is 24/7 security on the property and the surrounding area situated at the base of the Helderberg is of the most scenic venues in the Western Cape.
