Property information

A modern and romantic 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in trendy Kalk Bay. Ideally positioned on the mountainside overlooking the magnificent bay below. A short walk to countless restaurants, coffee shops, retailers and the popular Kalk Bay tidal pools and scenic seaside walks. The apartment features a patio with gas BBQ and beautiful mountain views. We are located 50 steps from the main road, so if you can't do stairs, this isn't for you. Otherwise, the view is well worth the effort! The bedroom, bathroom and the entertainment area are on 2 separate levels connected with exterior stairs. The garage is medium-small, very big cars like a Toyota Land Cruiser or similar size may not fit.

A gem on the False Bay coastline, Kalk Bay is known for its raw beauty, interesting shops, vast selection of restaurants and stunning views. You could easily spend a full day in this little neighbourhood and still not be able to experience it all! Here’s a guide on what to do and where to go in Kalk Bay. Kalk Bay is a wonderful historical town that has been a place to visit since the 1800s. Visit the museums, harbor, walk the boardwalk from Kalk Bay to Muizenberg and swim in the many tidal pools along this stretch. Muizenberg know as ”Muizies” offers great family fun and learning to surf has become the most popular thing to do on this jam-packed beachfront. On the beachfront there are some great surf shops where you can rent paddleboards and surf boards as well as buy any beach goers necessities. PLEASE NOTE: The main house on the property "The Beach House" is available for rent with this property for an additional nightly fee. The house sleeps 8 comfortably, great for big groups as the house is open plan with a big dinning table to seat 10. Please send me a message to find out more.
