Ocean View was built for the purpose of short term holiday rentals in mind and hosts a well.
The entire house is covered by Solar Power for all essential appliances.
Situated in the center of the famous Pezula Golf Course, the atmosphere is very calming and surroundings quiet. Aside from the 3 ensuite bedrooms, the property comes with a TV lounge, a kitchen and BBQ area.
The main area by the pool is blocked odd with a picket fence to ensure privacy. Furthermore, the pool comes with a cover to ensure safety for kids. The house is adjoined to the main home but it is private and has its own separate entrance.
