My apartment is only a few steps from the beach. Sunny, bright, private & spacious.. perfect for a holiday, mini getaway or surf trip. Located on the popular Muizenberg beachfront in an art deco style building, surrounded by the ocean, restaurants, surf stores, surf rental stores, coffee shops and beautiful walks and hikes. The location does not get better :) The building is not allowing guests to have visitors during their stay - however there are many restaurants around to meet friends at.

Hi there :) I am currently living in Kalk bay in Cape Town, a couple kilometres away from Muizenberg, I was born in Holland, however I am a local and absolutely love this part of Cape Town. One of my favourite things to do is to walk from Kalkbay to Muizenberg and back, along the sea side, nothing beats the views and tranquility of this place. I am a total foodie, I love cooking and trying new things and places, I am a qualified chef, but im not working as a chef currently. Any restaurant recommendations and I will give you the list of my top places. I am a positive person and enjoy the simple pleasures in life, relaxing with my partner, seeing my family & friends, drinking good coffee, walking, hiking, reading, being with my dogs, and cooking. I am an easy going host or guest, a people's person and I am willing to give tips and or advice as needed. I am currently studying Psychology and I absolutely love it. :) I am willing to give tips and recommendations at anytime :) Myself or David will be present when meeting our guests at the apartment to get them signed in and show them to the apartment and parking bay if needed.

Muizenberg is filled with surfers, beach-goers and good vibes all year around. There are markets, trendy stores, coffee shops, pubs and lovely restaurants. Kalkbay is a twenty minute walk away (or a five minute car trip), filled with quirky antique stores, vintage clothing stores, restaurants and pubs.. there is a lot to do and see. We have beautiful hikes on our doorstep too, such as Muizenberg Peak and Echo Valley... even a short stroll up to Boyes drive boasts beautiful views of the Southern Peninsula. There are train, bus, taxi and Uber options from right outside the apartment.
