Thatch house + the use of braai area under cover, Very secure alarm inside and outside, and security company in emergency, fully fenced 2957 sq mt ground. There is a Takeaway on a separate entrance to the property. Outside jungle gym, Darts. 300 mt from the beach and 20mt from the OK shopping Centre.
We have been residence in Pennington for over 25+ so know it well. I enjoy meeting new people that enjoy having my dog Patch wherever I go!
Very secure as Pennington has very little crime as we have installed 100+ cameras around Pennington and we have private and professional security for the property. There are 6 parking bays there is no need for transport as the beach and shopping is in walking distance.
