Property information

Private Apartments offer self-catering units for the guest who wants more privacy than a guest house. Our guest values being able to come and go as they please any time of the day or night. We offer a home away from home.

Neighbourhood information

Our apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood with only one entrance to the area. It is a safe area and there hasn't been any burglaries or incidents at our premises since we bought here in 2009. For your peace of mind we also have electric fence and 2 guard dogs. Our nearest shopping centres are: ELARDUSPARK SHOPPING CENTRE (1.3 km, 3min drive or 16min walk) with: Spar, KFC, Steers, Fishaways. CORNWALL VIEW SHOPPING CENTRE (1.9km, 4 min drive) with: Woolworths, (24 hour mini food store), Wimpy, Spur, Ocean Basket, Pick ‘n Pay and Chinese & Sushi. MENLYN PARK SHOPPING CENTRE (8,3km, 11min drive) This is Pretoria's largest shopping centre and offers 37 restaurants and a wide variety of entertainment options to choose from, including a big games arcade with tenpin bowling, NuMetro Cinemas and over 300 different shops.
