Ramsgate Dunes 25 – Sleeps 8 Ramsgate Dunes 25 is a recently renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex unit in a secure complex in Ramsgate North that sleeps 8. The main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and has an en suite bathroom fitted with a bath, basin and toilet. The remaining 2 bedrooms share a bathroom which is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk plus 2 single beds. The unit has a modern, fully fitted kitchen with a 4 plate stove and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, and a guest toilet off the main entrance, as well as a plumbed in water tank in case of water outages. The apartment is air-conditioned through out with tiles in the kitchen, lounge and dining areas, and carpets in the bedrooms. A flat screen TV is provided but should you require DSTV please bring your own decoder and smart card or else you can hire one from a local supplier in Margate. (no Explora) A patio with built in braai and patio furniture is provided overlooking a lovely tropical garden. A carport as well as a lockup garage is allocated to the unit. There is a swimming pool and club house with table tennis table in the complex and it is secured with electric fencing with a remote access point and a remote panic button for backup security. A small narrow nature reserve separates the complex from the beach. It has no view but there is a beach gate and it is only 200m to Southbroom beach. Ramsgate is a small seaside resort town in KwaZulu- Natal South Coast, about 20 kilometers south of Port Shepstone. Margate town is made up of many shops, including beach, arts & crafts shops, restaurants, pubs and night clubs. Ramsgate is next to Margate which is best known for its’ beautiful coastline and blue flag beach with a swimming pool right on the beach.
