The main bedroom contains a double bed, and an en suite, and has a sliding door opening to the balcony. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a second bathroom. Each bedroom contains a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and a washing machine. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The comfy lounge area features a ceiling fan. The apartment has a covered balcony with outdoor dining furniture and built-in braai facilities. Strict rules apply to any noise, An R2000 fine will be implemented for any noise complaints Basement parking is provided in the building with remote-controlled access.
