Rondevoux 26 can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and a sleeper couch and has sliding doors opening to the balcony. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge area features a TV. The living area opens through sliding doors to a covered balcony with outdoor dining furniture and braai facilities. Strict rules apply to any noise, An R2000 fine will be implemented for any noise complaints Basement parking is provided in the building with remote-controlled access. There is an R600 admin fee and an R2000 refundable breakage deposit You need to bring with you your standard Dstv decoder and card, your own EMERGENCY LIGHTS OR CANDLES FOR LOAD SHEDDING, beach and bath towels, toiletries and toilet paper, for your stay.
