Property info
We welcome guests at Rosedene Lodge since November 2000. Michael started the guest house and our current manager, Tichaona, joined the team in 2008.
Our property boasts a beautiful garden and spacious pool and a great 'al fresco' breakfast area.
Breakfasts are served until 11.30h.
From the start we focused on return guests (and we are proud to have many!). Throughout the years we have regularly worked on our rooms and services to keep up with technical innovations, environmental opportunities and to add benefits for our guests.
We installed solar geysers more than 15 years ago. Since 2018 we are one of very few guest houses in Cape Town with our own (independent) water supply from our borehole.
In early 2023 we installed solar panels and do now offer secure off-the-grid power supply.
Further recent improvements include our now even fast Wi-Fi; now 500Mbps, which is available on the entire property.
