The villa entrance is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 6 persons and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living area and kitchen. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Please take note there are stairs inside the unit to the next level. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. For your convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are located within the unit. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a Smart TV with selective DStv channels and WIFI. The balcony is covered with a dining table and build in braai with exquisite views of the estate. One covered parking bay for your vehicle. Furthermore, the unit has an aircon. A daily service is only provided during December / January school holidays. During the rest of the year, a linen change will only be arranged for stays of longer than 5 days.
