With access to an expansive backyard (with mountain view) and the option for some alfresco dining, your apartment can comfortably sleep 4 people. Equipped with free wifi, HD access to Netflix, BBC IPlayer and YouTube, an electric shower, a kitchenette (microwave, kettle, cutlery and crockery provided), your comfort is our priority! Fancy a movie night? Your sofa suite awaits! Or perhaps you're mid-read (or interested in perusing the collection already in your apartment)? Make use of the cosy reading nook! Is the family ready for some board games? You'll have an array of games and puzzles on hand. Please note that due to past events, regrettably hosting of parties or invite of unbooked guests is strictly forbidden. Our apartment is in a complex with fulltime residents. We and any of the other residents can and will contact security if parties or uninvited guests are sighted, and guests may be asked to make arrangements to leave before their stay is due to conclude. We ask our guests to be mindful of others and to respect noise levels within the complex. Daytime braais in and use of our private courtyard is of course allowed. Thank you.

Our apartment is situated within the Royal Mews complex, opposite the vlei and a few minutes walk from the beach. Make yourself at home in our private courtyard (though please be respectful of other residents) and enjoy the amenities of the area! Muizenberg village is renowned for its laid-back, artsy lifestyle, bakeries, cafes, and world-class surf schools. The Blue Bird Market (Thursdays and Fridays) and Muizenberg Flea Market (Sundays) offer fun and diverse options for dining and souvenirs. The train (a mere R7 or 30p/40c each way) can whisk you away to the intrigues of Kalk Bay (named one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world!) or to the famous penguins of Boulders Beach in Simon's Town - well worth visiting! Muizenberg Peak offers a gateway to the Table Mountain Reserve that is suitable for beginners but offers views that will leave even the most hardened of hikers awestruck! Arts and culture is abundant - The Commons showcases the very best in live jazz acts, whilst the Masque Theatre stands ready to deliver comedy, tragedy, and drama in equal measure.
