Beautiful, fully-equipped home with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 guest toilets and great entertainment areas. It is situated in Voëlklip, the beach suburb of Hermanus. The house caters for couples, as well as families with kids. More than 180 degree view of Walkerbay, and sunsets from the patio to die for. Quiet street with ample parking in the property. The main town of Hermanus is about 6 kilometres away, with great restaurants, shopping and anything you might need. A 27 hole gholfcourse is about 4 kms away, and just down the road horse-riding facilities.
This is our holiday home, which has been in the family since 1988. We have spent many great holidays in Hermanus, and really go there to rest and re-charge. With the stunning views of the sea and mountain, and lots of routes to walk or cycle, you can park your car and chill.
The house is in a quiet street with only a few houses, therefore very little traffic. Easy access to hiking and mountainbike routes from the house.
