A private, cozy studio suite in one of the safest neighbourhoods in Cape Town. Private entrance on a 3 unit property situated on a mountain slope. Partial ocean views and private braai/bbq area. Newly renovated and modern amenities with all the basics such as refrigerator, tabletop oven and hotplates, kettle, microwave, and filter coffee maker. Access to shared washer/dryer on premises. Hiking trails and 2km to the beach adds to a relaxing stay.
