Nestled away in a quite safe cul-de-sac this property is surrounded by a large front and back garden. This is an old house with tall ceilings, hardwood floors, thick floors and larger than normal rooms decorated in antique style. Equipped with an inverter and baterry for a zero free load shedding experience, a braai area, and an outdoor pool.

House is nestled in a quite neighborhood in a one way cul-de-sac. Pop down the road and experience Bredasdorp local cuisine at Opistoepie restuarant (boerekos and a wonderful country breakfast); or the Shipwreck Museum, Kapula Candles, mountain bike hikes just around the corner or lovely peaceful walks in the woods.
